Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all mainland states of the United States. Please note that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories at this time. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 5-8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Orders arrive within 3-4 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any problems with delivery, such as delayed delivery or missing packages, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Photographs of the damage will be required.
